    Consistently good burgers. My favorite is the banzai burger, it hits the spot every time!! Also tried the mad love burger, it was pretty good- lots of flavors going on!
    Sometimes the service here is terrible, but Scott was super attentive tonight and kept the hot fries coming!

    We've been loyal customers of Red Robin for over 20 years. Sitting at a table in the bar area is a major crap shoot for service. Today, worse service ever, with pushiness to use their kiosk system, which I prefer not to. Food is predictably good. But best to sit on the restaurant side.

    Disappointing. I sat at the bar for some Buffalo Wings and a drink prior to seeing a movie at AMC Highlands Ranch. It was at 3:30pm so the place was empty except for about 3 tables and 2 others sitting at the bar.
    The Service was BLAH. The female bartender took the order and showed no other interest in engaging with the customers. Spent her time chatting with other employees. Then afterwards just informed me that I could pay by using the automated system sitting in front of me at the bar.
    The Food was also BLAH. The wings were slightly undercooked. So there was no crispyness and they were not hot to the touch or taste.
    I guess this is why they dont have customers around. Too bad, its right next door to the movie theater and could be a great place for pre/post movie food and drink.
    I can not recommend this location.

    We are normally very satisfied going to Red Robin, however this location needs a management and staff team that's more quality focused. Both of our hamburger buns were old and stale. To make things more frustrating, our fries were cold. Come on guys pick up your game and we will start eating at this location more often!

    Update. Don't know why we bother coming here, the wife enjoys the food. 6 parties in the waiting area. At least 25 tables open. Very poorly managed and scheduled. Will email restaurant as well.
